The Space

Upstairs: Bright & Open Living Spaces

The upstairs level is the heart of the home, with an open-concept design that invites relaxation and togetherness. Windows surround the space showcasing the beautiful island scenery and sweeping mountain views. This design brings through the cool Tradewinds making the upstairs breezy with a perfect island temperature.

Living Room:
Large windows let in natural light and ocean breezes, with plush seating and a Smart TV for entertainment. Inside the green bookshelf, you will find games and drawing materials to pass the time when no at the beach.

Gourmet Kitchen:
Fully equipped with high-end appliances, and all the cooking tools you need. It’s perfect for preparing group meals or hosting friends.

Dining Area:
Enjoy meals with stunning mountain views at the grand dining table with seating for up to 10 ppl. Or pull up at one of the four stools located at the island for a more casual bite. Or better yet.. dine al fresco.

Covered Lanai:
Located off the kitchen/living room this spacious covered lanai is one of our favorite spots in the house. Dine al fresco with the expandable table that can seat up to 8 ppl.
Watch orange and pink sunrises over the palm trees or count the number of waterfalls you see at the outdoor lounge.
Hungry? Grill up your favorites on the Traeger. The lanai is one of the most popular spots in the house.

Half Bath:
Conveniently located upstairs for the 4h bedroom and guests in the communal space.

Fourth Bedroom or Lounge:
With 2 daybeds, stunning mountain views, and wrap-around windows, this space is special. It was converted from a closed lanai into a bedroom and has maybe the best views in the house. The space is off of the main living space and separated by a large barn door. It can easily be additional overflow space for living and reading or a bedroom.
Due to the central location of this room and the vast windows - we recommend this for children and young adults.
