Who We Are
Aloha!
We’re Kayla and Tyler, and we are so excited to share our home with you. Kauai has always been the most special place to us. It has been home to so many of our most treasured memories.
We visited the island as one of our first trips as a couple in 2016.
We then lived on island for a year in 2020 while he rode our the pandemic.
We later got engaged and then married on Kauai as well.
We had been searching for a few years for our perfect home in Princeville. We wanted something we could continue to make our own, and have space to grow a family in.
When we toured the home on Kapiolani Loop and met the wonderful previous owner, we knew- we had to make this work.
We spent 6 months renovating and doing much of the work ourselves. We hired local craftsmen who graciously taught us as we worked alongside them. Many becoming dear friends.
We gave this house a new life, and we are so excited to be able to share it with others.
Much of the home is built and designed to be enjoyed exactly how we would. Simple things to make life more comfortable and easier. Each time we return, we are adding new amenities and upgrades.
When we are not staying on the island, we are in San Francisco with friends or Southern California with family. Bouncing coast to coast is how we like to live.
We are always available if you want to chat. Just reach out!
Mahalo,
Kayla & Tyler
